Registration for all courses is on a first-come, first-served basis. We encourage you to register early.

You may register in person at the Continuing Education and Summer Session Office, 144 Elliot Hall.

Your registration must be received before the class start date. Your registration is not complete until correct payment is received in full and your registration is processed by the Continuing Education office. We will make every effort to verify your registration within five working days after we receive it.

To take courses at Keene State College you must have a high school diploma or GED.

Certain courses carry prerequisites for registration. You are responsible for abiding by prerequisites.  The College reserves the right to reject or withdraw a student who, upon request, fails to provide proper documentation of these requirements or who demonstrates unacceptable performance once enrolled.

Before you begin online registration, you need to have four important pieces of information:

1) Correct course identification:  course department, course number, course section, i.e. AMST-210-01C.

2) Number of credits per course and total number of credits for which you want to register.

3) Course level:  Undergraduate (course numbers 100-400) or Graduate (course numbers 500-600)

4) Residency status.  To be considered a New Hampshire resident you must have lived in the state for at least one year prior to registering for classes.  Proof of residency will be required by the Registrar’s office.

From the tuition schedule you can calculate how much you will be charged for tuition and fees. When you can fill out the form below, it will calculate correctly based on your input.

Students who require more limited access may choose one of the following two options:

Choice #2-PARTIAL RESTRICTION: All address and telephone information will be withheld from printed or electronic directories. The student's presence at Keene State College will be acknowledged in response to routine inquires. Name, date of birth, major, and degrees and awards received will be published in printed materials such as the dean's list, commencement program, and announcements. The student is eligible to receive a college e-mail account.

Choice #3-FULL RESTRICTION-YOU CANNOT REGISTER ONLINE IF THIS PRIVACY LEVEL IS REQUIRED:  All directory information will be held in confidence, which means the student's presence at Keene State College will not be acknowledged in response to routine inquires. No directory information will be listed in print or electronic media, and the student's name will not be published in dean's list announcements, honors, recognitions, the commencement program, or newspaper listings. You MUST seek advice and counseling from the Registrar's Office before choosing this option, since it is extremely restrictive.

Processing and maintenance of privacy hold information are the responsibility of the Registrar's Office. Once a student places a privacy hold of either type upon his or her record, it remains in place until the Registrar's Office is notified in a handwritten letter, signed by the student, to change or remove the hold. This applies even if the student leaves Keene State College.
