Continuing Education Online Credit Registration

(This registration form is for credit courses only.
To register for non-credit courses, you need to call our office at 603.358.2290.)

SPRING REGISTRATION OPENED NOVEMBER 12, 2013

Registration for all courses is on a first-come, first-served basis. We encourage you to register early. If you bring your registration to the Continuing Education Office, it is on the first floor of Elliot Hall.

For all classes, all forms of registration must be received before the class start date. We will make every effort to respond to your registration within five working days after we receive it. Registration is not complete until correct  payment is received in full. If you wish to utilize the payment plan, you must first set up your payment plan for the correct amount at www.afford.com/keene (only available until the beginning of the semester). It takes at least 24 hours for Keene State to get information on the payment plan you have set up.
     Fall 2013 registration begins the Monday after July 4th (7/8/2013)
     Spring 2014 registration begins three Tuesdays beforeThanksgiving (11/18/2013)
     Summer 2014 registration begins Monday, February 24, 2014

If you are a matriculated student wanting to register for summer, you will be able to register through your MyKSC account, just like you do for fall and spring. The entire process, including payment, will mirror fall and spring semesters.

To take classes for college credit at Keene State College, it is required that you have graduated from high school or have earned a GED.

Before you begin online registration, you need to have four important pieces of information:

1) the correct identification of the course(s) for which you will register. From the course listing (http://www.keene.edu/courses/print/courses_ce.cfm [you need to scroll down to Fall classes]), you will find course department, course number, course section, i.e. AMST-210-01C (Certain courses carry prerequisites for registration. Students are responsible for abiding by prerequisites. When you see a list of prerequisites for a course, you may consider equivalents. If you are not sure whether you are eligible to register for a course, consult the instructor or department coordinator before registering. The College reserves the right to reject or withdraw a student who, upon request, fails to provide proper documentation of these requirements or who demonstrates unacceptable performance once enrolled.), as well as:

2) how many credits each course is worth and the total number of credits for which you want to register (maximum credit load for nonmatriculating undergraduate students is 11 credits per semester and 8 credits in each summer session; the Director of Continuing Education approves exceptions to this policy);

3) whether you are taking undergraduate courses (i.e.AMST-1xx-4xx course number) or graduate courses (i.e. EDUC-5xx-6xx course number); and

4) whether you are considered an in- or out-of state resident by Keene State College. (You are considered a New Hampshire resident if you have lived in the state for a year or more and have NOT taken classes. Proof of residency will  be required by the Registrar's Office.)

You can calculate how much you will be charged for tuition and fees at http://www.keene.edu/conted/tuition.cfm. When you can fill out the form below, it will calculate correctly based on your input.

***KSC grants enrollment in credit courses to all students who hold a high school diploma or equivalent (or bachelor's degree in the case of graduate level courses) and who have demonstrated successful academic performance. The College reserves the right to reject or withdraw a student who, upon request, fails to provide proper documentation of these requirements or who demonstrates unacceptable performance once enrolled.***
